Crosswinds Counseling is comprised of three social workers who have extensive experience treating teens young adults, and families. All practitioners are formally trained in Brainspotting, and utilize evidence based practices including CBT, DBT, and provide trauma informed care. Meg Paul, MS, LICSW
Over the past decade of working with adolescents, adults, and families in a combination of outpatient, wilderness therapy, and residential treatment, Meg has developed an approach grounded in the idea that we can and do hard things everyday. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, and complex family systems. Meg knows the value of partnering with her clients throughout their unique journey to find a way forward together.
Jessa Hobson, MS, LICSW
Jessa specializes in working with teens and complex family systems after over a decade of working in a variety of adolescent treatment settings, including wilderness therapy. Her direct and confident approach focuses on developing skills, personal insight and healing to provide an experience of action. She is experienced working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth and their families, in addition to survivors of complex trauma.
Julie Sichelstiel, LICSW
Julie has provided therapy in a variety of settings, including residential and in-home, for over ten years specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and family systems. Julie has developed a strength-based practice that emphasizes meeting her clients where they are at and collaborating to provide a unique and individualized approach to treatment. In addition to the above, Julie is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
